ninja!!

just finished watching The 300 Movie (pirated dvd but well worth it, haha!) and it was gggooooodddd!!! all the gore was there, from the hideous looking Ephialtes, the Ephors (so eeeewwww…), the blood flying everywhere, the severed heads and limbs, the pierced face of Xerxes himself to the oh so graceful oracle (an on-a-high wench with no bra, haha)! and the spartan warriors were all walking around with just that red cape and the barest briefs complete with knee high boots and their headpieces! coooolll!!

better watch it if you haven’t yet. its even better than troy, although brad pitt (and his rock hard ass) and orlando bloom (who’s way better-looking when he was an elf in LOTR) on troy will surely make a run for your money, too. it rivals only the gladiator, i tell you.

there was one tinsy winsy part in the 300 that i didn’t like, though. everybody knows that i’m a BIG BIG fan of cuties and hotties, right? so there’s this guy in the movie named Astinos who goes with his dad (the general) to fight alongside him against the persians. he looked so good (good enough to eat!!) doing those slow-motion-fast-again moves to kill some persians..and when he looked up after the fight, he met his father’s eyes (which were filled with approval) and he smiled (that smile made half the movie for me, hehe.. the other half was king leonidas’ ass!!). but then he suddenly lost his head!!! (why, i won’t tell!!)..

and so back to the part i did not like.. his father should have shouted "Astinos, look out!!" or "Astinos, duckkk!!!" or maybe, "Astinos, behind you!!!" instead of his approving nod and his too-late "Astinos!! NOOOOOO!!!". guess he made a mistake there.. it was what he should have said when he listed his regrets, haha!!

just finished the last of the demands of my masteral class in ADENU– the final exams. i’m ready for my first kick off for the summer, weeiii!!! this pic is the only one i have from the getaway, though.

had the time of my life yesterday when we went to ‘Chacao and had fun fun fun on the beach! got there at about 5pm already, though. but yeah..bought the beer, had our first shots–me, deej, teng, banno, maiden and ryan– bought pusit and fish from the fishermen loittering the area, asked another guy to cook our rice for us, then hit the beach at about 8pm already..by this time i was wa–a–yy drunk, wahaha!! then deej got drunk and he had to sleep. had to wait for him coz he told me not to go off alone. so i had to manipulate him into waking up. but it was worth it! it was sooo nice floating on our backs, looking at the moon and the twinkling stars..the water was quite warm and there was hardly a breeze but its ok coz its nighttime..wouldn’t trade it for the world!!! went home at about 3am already…

what’s great about it was that it was totally unplanned for. maybe the buzz of naga was starting to get to us all so we just left everything and followed the temptation of the beach. and nobody thought to bring any cameras so we had to settle for my cel. but it was so great!! so, i say SUMMER STARTS TODAY!!

***on the darker side of things, though..i wouldn’t have written this on my blog but then, my mom got wind of my little escapade! i haven’t told mama that i was going out of town. but then, she caught me. stupid of me to ask her where my blue shorts were, haha! but then i get to write my experience here so its all for the better..
